Duties

Monitor the entrance to ensure security protocols are followed.
Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the establishment's services.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a clean and organised entry area.
Handle deliveries and manage access for service personnel as required.
Utilise Salesforce for tracking guest interactions and feedback.
Skills
Proficiency in B2B sales techniques to effectively engage with business clients.
Strong analysis skills to assess visitor needs and improve service delivery.
Familiarity with Salesforce for managing customer relationships and data tracking.
Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable to cater to a broader clientele base.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with diverse individuals.
