We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in their homes, presenting our products and services, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. This position requires a proactive approach to identify opportunities and convert leads into satisfied customers.
Duties
Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our products and services.
Build rapport with potential customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce.
Analyse customer feedback and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or questions.
Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales is highly desirable.
Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and market conditions effectively.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus, enabling effective communication with a broader customer base.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
