Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities and trends within the industry.
Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies that align with sales goals.
Attend trade shows and networking events to promote our offerings and expand the client base.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales processes effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enabling better communication with a diverse clientele.
