Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dozer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating bulldozers to perform a variety of tasks on construction sites, including digging, grading, and moving materials. This role requires a strong understanding of machinery and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Duties

Operate dozers safely and effectively to dig, move, and grade earth materials. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the dozer to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met. Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment. Assist in the preparation of sites for construction by clearing debris and levelling ground as required. Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues or concerns to management.

Experience

Previous experience operating dozers or similar heavy machinery is essential. A valid commercial driving licence is preferred to operate vehicles on site. Strong mechanical knowledge is advantageous for troubleshooting equipment issues. Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site requirements. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.

Pay: 13.00-13.90 per hour
