The Role: Your opportunity to shine

As an EYTS-qualified practitioner, you will be pivotal in driving pedagogical excellence across our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) provision. You will use your expert knowledge to:

Plan and deliver a rich, stimulating, and age-appropriate curriculum that meets the individual needs and interests of every child, from birth to five years.

Provide exceptional pastoral care and support, building positive relationships with children to ensure their emotional well-being and a strong sense of belonging.

Act as a 'Key Person' for a group of children, tracking their progress through accurate observation and assessment, and sharing these insights with parents.

Lead by example, inspiring colleagues with best practices and innovative approaches to early years education.

Foster strong, collaborative relationships with parents and carers, recognising their vital role in their child's learning journey.

Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive indoor and outdoor learning environment that challenges and enables young children to grow in confidence and independence.

About You

We are looking for a creative, resilient, and dedicated individual who is committed to providing outstanding early education. You will have:

Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) and relevant experience in an early years setting.

An in-depth understanding of the EYFS framework and a passion for delivering a child-led, play-based curriculum.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.

Experience supporting children with special needs in their learning and development.

A resourceful and patient nature, with a genuine caring attitude towards young children.

A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
