The Role



Reporting directly to the equine leadership team you will be responsible for the delivery and ongoing development of our equine client journey, with focus on managing the logistics support of the equine clinical and non-clinical teams. Your work will facilitate our drive for clinical excellence, inspire client confidence, and safeguard our culture that makes BFE a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities



Liaise with clients, vets, support staff and management teams to facilitate efficient delivery of service, whilst continuing to shape the future of our equine business

Foster strong, cross-functional, collaborative relationships with all members of the practice, but specifically our existing farm, operations, accounts and pharmacy teams

Manage routine and emergency equine logistics under time-sensitive as well as pre-planned conditions, ensuring client and vet satisfaction and driving efficiencies where possible

Oversee availability and working provision of veterinary equipment, pharmaceuticals, and consumables

About You



Proven experience in equine veterinary logistics

Strong understanding of equine health, welfare, and veterinary services

Exceptional organisational, collaboration and communication skills

Calm and decisive under pressure, with a solutions-focused mindset

High attention to detail and a commitment to client and staff care

A team player

Working hours - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm



A Fixed Term Contract to cover a period of leave of up to 15 months
