Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process. Conduct market research to stay informed about property trends and pricing in the local area. Prepare and present property listings, including conducting viewings and open houses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using administrative skills. Develop marketing strategies to promote properties effectively across various platforms. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Collaborate with other professionals such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, and surveyors to facilitate smooth transactions. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting real estate transactions.

Requirements

Proven administrative experience in a similar role is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader client base. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently. A valid real estate licence is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe after hiring. A passion for real estate and a desire to help clients achieve their property goals is essential. Pay: 24,420.00-59,957.69 per year
