Paralegal- Children Department

Looking for a fast-track progression in your legal career?

We're looking for hardworking experienced family law paralegals to join and showcase their skills.

About You

Have you completed you LPC or started your SQE?

Do you have experience within family law, particularly public/private children matters (child arrangements order/prohibited steps order/specific issue order)?

Are you detailed, orientated and organised and have the ability to meet deadlines?

Are you a team player, and happy to help others?

Confident in IT, time recording and legal aid (CCMS)?

Answered, yes? Then we have just the role for you!

The role

Providing high quality client care.

Prepare legal documents such as C100, C1A, witness statements.

Efficiently managing files using our case management system and ensuring compliance.

Participate in client conferences & counsel collaborations.

Effectively advise clients in relation to their legal issues.

Navigate legal aid applications via CCMS portal.

Compile bundles & briefs for counsel.

Conducting legal research.

Advocacy experience is desirable, but training opportunities will be provided.

Things you want to know

Salary - starting from 27,000+ depending on experience + bonus.

Working Hours -9:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday.

Hybrid Working

Holidays - 25 days holiday a year, + Christmas closure company wide.
