Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Experienced Fashion Sales Advisor to join our team. An inspiring individual and fashion role-model who shows a real sense of pride and genuine love for fashion retail and exceeding customers expectations.

This position requires you to be flexible to work between 16-20 hours per week over a period of four to five days. Our opening hours our 9:30am -5:30pm, Monday - Saturday with the occasional late night and Sunday work (seldom) according to the demands of the business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

Duties:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business

- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and services

- Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and delivery timelines

- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies

Skills:

- Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively

- Extensive product knowledge and the ability to convey this information clearly

- Proficient in using POS software to manage customer interactions

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales
