This is a key client-facing role for a professional who is both technically skilled and relationship-oriented.
You will be comfortable meeting with clients face to face and online, liaising with providers and work colleagues, be technically advanced and have a real desire to deliver excellent client outcomes whilst also pursuing your own career objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver tailored advice on investments, EIS, VCT, pensions, IHT planning, protection, estate planning, and broader wealth strategies.
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, building deep, long-term relationships.
Conduct detailed fact-finding and cashflow modelling to understand clients' current position and future goals.
Collaborate with our client support team, product providers and other professionals to develop and implement financial plans.
Maintain full compliance with FCA regulations and internal governance procedures.
Actively contribute to firm-wide goals, including cross-referrals, knowledge sharing, and client service excellence.
Engage in business development, client referrals, and professional networking as appropriate.
What will you need to succeed?
4+ years Proven experience advising clients in a regulated financial services environment.
Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII or equivalent)
Experience in EIS/VCT, IHT, and Estate Planning
Current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS).
Demonstrated success working with complex financial planning cases across a variety of clients
Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, tax planning, and estate planning.
Excellent interpersonal, listening, and relationship management skills.
Strong ethics and client-first mindset; comfortable working in a fee-based, consultative environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM, FE analytics, cashflow modelling software.
