MCM Alarms is a small, locally based company that delivers high-value solutions to larger clients, including the design, installation, and maintenance of enterprise-level security systems.

We are looking for experienced Service, Installation & Small Works Engineers to join our growing team.

You'll be carrying out installation, servicing and small works across a range of security disciplines. Location: Ideally based within Northamptonshire

Coverage: Primarily Northamptonshire and surrounding counties, with occasional travel further afield. Where work is outside the local counties, hotel accommodation or travel time will be paid.

Salary: 32,000 - 40,000 (DOE)

Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays in the first 12 months, increasing to 25 days + bank holidays.

Travel time paid (minus 30 mins each way)

Private medical healthcare

No on-call rota at present (may be introduced in the future)

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in the security industry Able to work independently and manage workload Professional, reliable and customer-focused
Essential experience:

Intruder alarms Fire alarms CCTV Access control
Beneficial:

FireQuals (or equivalent fire qualifications) Gate automation experience IPAF - Although we will put you through this. ECS Card - Although we will put you through this.
