We are seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing fire sprinkler systems across various sites. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing, construction, and welding techniques, along with mechanical knowledge to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely. The position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in fire protection systems and related trades to contribute to safety standards in diverse environments.
Responsibilities
Install fire sprinkler systems in compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute installations and repairs.
Utilise hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and other maintenance tools effectively for system assembly and repairs.
Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and system status updates.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols during all phases of installation and maintenance work.
Experience
Proven experience working as a Fire Sprinkler Technician for the last 2-3 years.
Strong understanding of schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams related to fire protection systems.
Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
Experience working within construction environments or maintenance settings is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards.
