Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and creative Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for design and an understanding of floral arrangements, coupled with excellent customer service skills. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral displays, assisting customers with their selections, and ensuring the shop is well-organised and inviting. You will also play a key role in product development, flower ordering, and stock management to help drive the success of our floral offerings.

Duties

Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, funerals, and special events. Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs and preferences. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the shop, ensuring all displays are attractive and well-stocked. Process orders efficiently, including taking payments and managing inventory. Manage flower ordering and stock levels to ensure freshness, variety, and availability of floral products. Support the development of new floral products and seasonal collections in collaboration with the team. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide exceptional service.

Requirements

Relevant floristry qualification or equivalent years of experience in the industry Additional hours will be required during peak periods Driving license
