Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Loader to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience loading containers and trucks. Good timekeeping and attendance crucial and stock management skills requried.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts, clamp truck too ideally, and other material handling equipment to load goods safely. Manage the warehouse stock management system efficiently. Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all materials are accurately logged and stored. Assist in maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety standards. Utilise basic math skills for inventory management and order processing.

Requirements

Proven experience in a warehouse setting with a strong understanding of materials handling processes. Valid forklift certification is essential; experience with various types of forklifts is advantageous. Familiarity with warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and shipments. Mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment repair and maintenance tasks. Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. Basic math skills for accurate inventory tracking and order fulfilment.
