We're looking for experienced enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to be the face of our establishment. In this role, you'll create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests while ensuring a seamless dining experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent communication skills. Experience in food preparation, bartending, or catering is a plus!
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, offering recommendations when needed.
Assist with food preparation while adhering to food safety regulations.
Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high service standards.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
Keep the front-of-house area, including tables and service stations, clean and organized.
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
Support bartending duties as needed, including mixing and serving drinks.
Experience & Skills
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of food safety regulations is an advantage.
Experience in catering or event management is a plus.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and a proactive approach to assisting colleagues and guests.
