Schedule/Hours

Full-time availability is desirable Shifts will be allocated between the hours of 9am - Midnight Monday - Friday day-time availability would be beneficial to your application Weekend/Evening/Christmas availability is essential

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met. Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions and perform basic maths for billing purposes. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery. Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Experience

Previous experience in a customer-facing or restaurant setting is essential. Barista & cocktail experienced is preferred As bar work is essential, this position would not suit someone under 18 years of age. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
