The ideal candidate will be proficient in various trades such as plumbing, painting, electrical work, carpentry, masonry, and roofing. The role involves using hand tools and power tools to construct, repair, and renovate properties.
Duties:
- Perform various building tasks including plumbing, painting, electrical work, carpentry, masonry, and roofing.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete projects.
- Read and interpret job specifications
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
Requirements:
- You will need to have a clean license and vehicle to drive to various jobs within London.
- Smart phone and the knowledge to send communications via email
- Proven experience as a tradesman or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in plumbing, painting, electrical work, carpentry, masonry, and roofing.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
