Gravure Cerutti 8 & 9 colour machines - Double Dayshift Rota.
Flexo Uteco Crystal 8 colour Central Impression machine - Treble Shift Rota.
Key Responsibilities -
Set up and Operate Gravure and/or Flexographic printing presses.
Ensure the highest standards of print quality and consistency.
Conduct routine press checks and report any maintenance requirements.
Manage ink formulations to match colour standards.
Colour consistency and registration throughout the print run.
Clean and maintain the press, anilox rollers, and related equipment.
Troubleshoot press issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments.
Work collaboratively with planning, production and technical teams.
Follow health & safety and company procedures.
What We're Looking For -
Previous experience in running a Gravure and/or Flexographic press is essential.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work shift patterns as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 17.63 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
