Job Description

The Steakist Bar & Grill is in the heart of the historic town of Arundel, West Sussex. We have been open for nearly 2 years and continue to grow. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic team player to come and join our team.

We are interested in meeting candidates looking for full time, or part time work and someone who is looking for a good life work balance whilst working in a friendly environment.

Candidates MUST have grill experience.



MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Pre-service food preparation

Preparing starters and desserts and plating up during service

Working on the grill during service

Post service clean up

Keep the kitchen and equipment clean and maintained

Support stock management and ordering processes

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS



A passion for food, customer service and delivering to a high standard

Strong team player, supporting other team members to give customers the best experience

Reliable and trustworthy, enthusiastic with attention to detail

Ability to learn new skills quickly and positive in taking instruction

Good communication and time keeping

Level 2 hygiene cert/food, allergy and intolerance training (or willingness to attain)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to 18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
