Experienced Groundworks Squad leader Wanted - Age 25+

We're looking for a hard-working, reliable, and experienced Ganger to join our groundworks team on ongoing projects.

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for leading a small team of groundworkers on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You'll be hands-on, able to read drawings, organise tasks, and liaise with site management to keep things running smoothly.

Requirements:

25 years or older Proven experience as a Groundworks Ganger or Team Leader Strong background in all aspects of groundworks (drainage, kerbing, concreting, services, slabbing etc.) Ability to manage a team and meet deadlines Full UK clean driving licence required Must be willing to pick up colleagues in work van Must have good customer relation skills due to nature of the job.
