Job Description

Experienced groundworker with dumper license required for busy site in Wigan. Must have valid CPCS/CSCS/NPORS card (picture will be required on successful hire) and full UK driving licence. Must be able to work to a high standard with at least 5 years experience of working on busy sites. Must be able to work under own initiative as well as be part of a team.

Summary



As an Experienced Groundworker, you will be essential in executing various construction tasks, ensuring the successful completion of projects. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, your role will involve utilizing your core skills in groundwork, excavation, and site preparation. A valid CPCS/CSCS/NPORS card and a driving licence are required to facilitate your work on-site. Your premium skills in teamwork and problem-solving will enhance project efficiency, while relevant skills in safety compliance and equipment operation will contribute to a secure and productive work environment.

Responsibilities



Perform groundworks including excavation, drainage, and foundation preparation. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including holding a valid CSCS card. Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications. Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues to supervisors.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 16.50-18.00 per hour
