Job Description

Pomegranate Property Management Limited manages 4 blocks of flats with over 150 properties that are managed from our Bradford Office.

We are looking for a person with proven experience to work as part of our Maintenance Team from our Bradford Office.

1. Cleaning communal areas

2. Cleaning and preparing properties for inspection and occupation.

3. Cleaning properties at the end of the Tenancy or after refurbishment so they can be marketed

4. Arranging for dustbins to be collected at the various blocks

5. Dealing with day to day maintenance issues such as changing locks, painting , dealing with leaks or repairs.

6. Assisting in the refurbishment of properties.

7. The ideal candidate will also have experience of ground maintenance eg cutting and maintaining lawns and flower beds and maintain parking areas.

8. You must be able to work under instruction and know when to seek help from your supervisor.

You must be used to working on your own as well as part of a team. You will be expected to provide reports on work being carried out each day with photos and videos as necessary.

The ideal candidate will be used to working with Tenants, dealing respectfully and professionally with them as well working with the various contractors we work with on a regular basis. Training can be provided if necessary.

The job will involve the use of ladders so the skill and ability to go up and down ladders is important.

Finally a full clean UK driving licence is essential. Access to your own Van would be helpful but not essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13.50-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
