The Role

As a Senior Hard Landscaper, you will take the lead on our bespoke garden transformations from start to finish. This is an autonomous and rewarding role where you will be responsible for bringing complex, high-spec designs to life, managing a Landscaping Assistant, and ensuring every aspect of the project is delivered to our award-winning standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing all on-site construction for high-end residential garden projects. Expertly interpreting detailed garden design plans and drawings to execute the vision. Managing and mentoring a Hard Landscaping Assistant, delegating tasks and developing their skills. Serving as a key point of contact on-site, liaising professionally with clients and the Project Manager. Managing all site logistics, including coordinating material orders and ensuring timely deliveries. Taking full ownership and pride in delivering a flawless finished product, on time and on budget.

You are a master craftsman with a passion for quality and a proven track record of delivering exceptional work.

Essential Requirements:

A minimum of

5 years' experience

in high-quality hard landscaping. Proven ability to lead projects and work independently from detailed plans. Expert, hands-on skills in all aspects of hard landscaping, especially: High-spec paving, patios, and associated groundwork. Expert garden timber construction (decking, pergolas, bespoke fencing). An exceptional eye for detail and an uncompromising commitment to quality. Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills. A full, clean UK driving licence is
