We are looking to recruit an Experienced Health Care Support Worker to work Full time within our Nursing Team at Parkside Medical Centre. The candidate ideally should have experience of working within a GP Practice or a hospital setting and as a minimum should be trained as a Phlebotomist. The candidate should have experience using SystemOne.

You will support the practice nursing team in the delivery of nursing services, working as part of the practice multidisciplinary team, delivering care within your scope of practice to the entitled patient population. The healthcare assistant will deliver and assist clinical staff in the provision of treatment, Long term condition management, health promotion and patient education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 12.60 per hour

Work Location: In person
