Job Description
Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated and experienced HGV Driver to join our team in the Corby/ Kettering area of Northamptonshire, on a subtractor basis. This position has become available due to an increased, consistent workload, and we're looking for someone who is ready to get stuck in and help keep our operations running smoothly.
About the role:
Sub-contractor position: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday,
06:00-14:30
Must be able to work flexibly to meet business needs when required Pay 120-150 per day dependent on experience and vehicle licensesDuties Include:
Delivering and collecting materials from sites driving vehicles up to 18T Loading and unloading lorries Inspecting and upkeep of company goods vehicles General yard duties and maintenance outside of planned deliveries
What we're looking for:
Full clean UK driving license
is essential
HGV license (up to 18 tonnes)is essential
Experience of working on scaffold systems is preferred Forklift license is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate A strong work ethic with reliability, and a willingness to learn Someone who can work well independently and as part of a teamWhat we offer:
