Abbey Taylor Jones is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated and detail-focused Insolvency Administrator to join our busy Sheffield office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive, forward-thinking insolvency practice.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a varied portfolio of personal and corporate insolvency cases including CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, CVAs and Bankruptcies.
Draft statutory reports, creditors' notifications, investigations and case progression documents.
Liaise with creditors, directors, debtors and other stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
Ensure all case files meet regulatory standards and legislative requirements.
Assist with asset realisations, bank reconciliations, annual reviews and closure procedures.
Support senior team members and Insolvency Practitioners with case strategy and workflow management.
About You
Previous experience in an insolvency or financial services environment is preferred (1-3+ years).
Strong understanding of insolvency legislation and case processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Experience using insolvency case management software is an advantage.
CPI qualification desirable, but not essential -- study support is available for the right candidate.
