Experienced Insurance Advisor
Job Description
Experienced insurance and protection adviser needed.
You will be dealing with existing and new customers from all walks of life. They could be first time buyers, home movers or experienced landlords. Whatever their situation it will be your job to make sure that they are fully aware of all relevant insurances available to them and to guide and advise them on putting the correct insurance in place.
As an Insurance and Protection adviser. Your responsibilities will include.
Advising clients on all relevant insurances.
Full accountability for the clients from initial call to the policy being put into force.
Providing excellent customer service whilst being fully compliant.
Chasing insurers and Doctors to get polices in place as quickly as possible.
Skills and experience required.
RO5 Qualification or equivalent.
A proven track record in sales
MUST have insurance sales experience
Exemplary customer care
Attention to detail
Be very pro-active
You must be IT literate
Use initiative and be able to pick up new skills and tasks quickly
