Job Description
We're opening a new juice and smoothie shop in Birmingham and are looking for an experienced and reliable Juice & Milkshake Barista to join our team. I need someone who knows what they're doing and can confidently take the lead with drink preparations and service.
What you'll do:
Prepare a range of fresh juices, smoothies, milkshakes and more. Recommend drink recipes and help develop a small but high-quality menu Keep the work area clean and well-organized Provide great customer service Help with training new staff if needed Assist with opening and closing duties
What we're looking for:
1+ year experience
working in a juice bar, or similar environment Skilled in using blenders, juicers, and other prep tools Confident with recipe creation and ingredient handling Good with money and handling with till/POS system Friendly, dependable, and takes initiative Food hygiene knowledge is a bonusHours & Pay:
Full-time or part-time roles available Competitive hourly pay based on experience Immediate start
