We are looking to recruit an Experienced Casual Part time kitchen assistant to assist in the running of a busy kitchen for our up and coming Christmas period.

Responsibilities

Must have a strong food preparation background and comfortable working in a busy kitchen with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Helping prepare and serve food to the highest standards at all times Help plating up on events. Previous Experience in a busy kitchen is essential Excellent knowledge of food hygiene, familiarity with food safety standards and regulations. Follow relevant hygiene, health and safety guidelines and keep all relevant paperwork up to date. An up to date food hygiene certificate is essential and you must ensure food safety standards are met at all times. Must be a team player , Reliable, able to work on your own initiative, To ensure and maintain the quality of food preparation, production, and presentation. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area at all times and ensuring that the kitchen is left clean and tidy at the end of your shift School Hours may be considered but must be flexible to the needs of the business and available in the evenings and weekends as required. Must be available Monday to Friday and weekends
Job Types: Temporary, Zero hours contract

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
