We are seeking compassionate and experienced Social Workers or Approved Mental Health Professionals (AMHPs) to join our vibrant specialist psychosis service. Our team works collaboratively with individuals and their families who experience first-episode psychosis.
You will be part of an integrated Early Intervention Team, covering a diverse demographic area and working alongside other health professionals within the Bradford District Care Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team that brings together a range of healthcare experts.
You should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, service users, and professional partners. Confidence in risk assessment and risk enablement is essential.
Salary and Benefits
We offer an additional annual 5,000 market supplement for qualified AMHPs. We welcome candidates from other areas of social work who wish to develop their expertise in mental health. As an AMHP, your salary will range between 46,511 - 49,711.
Travel Requirements
This role requires regular travel across the district to successfully undertake the duties outlined in the job description. Therefore, a full driving license and access to transport are essential to meet the demands of the service.

Care Act Assessments
Mental Capacity Assessments
Safeguarding
Mental Health Act Assessments
If you are not yet an AMHP, training will be provided to enable you to deliver an AMHP service within the team and on the duty rota.
