We are seeking an Experienced Landscaper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in landscaping and horticulture, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. This role requires effective communication skills, to liaise with clients and understand their landscaping needs.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain landscaping projects, ensuring high standards of quality and aesthetics. Operate various landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Analyse soil conditions and recommend suitable plants and materials for optimal growth. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on landscaping options. Upsell additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction and project scope. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including data entry for project tracking. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

Proven experience in landscaping or a related field is essential. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable, particularly in Spanish, to facilitate communication with a diverse clientele. Strong analytical skills to assess site conditions and make informed recommendations. Excellent phone etiquette for client interactions and scheduling appointments. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: 100.00-140.00 per day
