What We're Looking For

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who:

Has experience in landscaping and construction Can confidently manage a team and run a site Is based in Leeds (or very nearby) Holds a full UK driving licence and has their own transport Has a CV and references ready to share

About the Role

You'll lead the construction and installation of bespoke landscaping projects, overseeing a team and ensuring everything runs smoothly on site. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives outdoors and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise on-site landscaping projects from start to finish Build hardscapes - patios, retaining walls, pathways Install soft landscaping - turfing, planting, trees Operate machinery such as excavators and dumpers Oversee deliveries and ensure correct tools/materials on site Motivate, manage, and support staff daily Maintain a clean, safe, and organised site Communicate clearly with clients and ensure their expectations are met

What You'll Need

Proven experience in landscaping and/or construction Experience leading a team and running a site Ability to read and follow technical drawings and plans Great communication and leadership skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather Awareness of health & safety regulations and PPE standards
