Duties

Perform specialised beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, waxing, brow treatments, Massage would be an advantage but not essential Deliver excellent guest services by understanding client needs and offering personalised advice Utilise social media management skills to promote services and share updates Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workspaces in accordance with health and safety regulations

Skills

Proven experience in beauty therapy or related fields such as eyelash extensions Strong management abilities to oversee appointments and client flow efficiently Excellent social media management skills to promote the business effectively Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour Ability to upsell products and services tactfully to enhance guest experience
