Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors handling litigation and family law cases
Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and court forms
Manage client communications in a professional and confidential manner
Maintain and update case files, both physical and electronic
Schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings
Perform general office duties to support the smooth running of the practice
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Legal Secretary in litigation and family law
Strong knowledge of legal procedures and court processes
Excellent typing and IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management software
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
