Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with a proven ability to manage time effectively and upsell services. This role requires a keen understanding of the lettings market and excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and tenants alike.

Duties

Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences in the lettings market. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about available listings. Negotiate lease terms and conditions between landlords and tenants. Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings. Utilize POS systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, for transaction processing. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process to ensure client satisfaction. Assist in marketing properties through various channels to attract potential tenants. Stay updated on industry trends, local market conditions, and relevant regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or lettings negotiation within the real estate or property sector. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple clients and properties efficiently. Familiarity with food service operations is a plus, including experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or cafes. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately; retail math experience is beneficial. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and food handling regulations is desirable for roles involving food service elements. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independent initiative. Previous experience in cashiering, bussing, or general kitchen operations is advantageous.
