The Role:

We are seeking a driven, professional, and experienced Lister to join our dynamic team in York. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in estate agency, who has an in-depth understanding of York and its surrounding areas. You'll play a key role in growing our market share, maintaining high service standards, and contributing to our continued success.


Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and direct outreach. Accurately value and appraise high-end residential properties Secure quality instructions and build long-term relationships with clients Prepare and present market proposals and property marketing strategies Work closely with the marketing team to ensure properties are marketed effectively Liaise with vendors and buyers throughout the sales process to ensure excellent service delivery Maintain and develop an in-depth knowledge of the local property market Represent Fine & Country with professionalism at all times Meet and exceed personal and office performance targets

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a successful Lister/Valuer within estate agency Strong understanding of the York property market and surrounding areas Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills Highly motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to business development Ability to work independently and manage a busy diary effectively Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Immediate availability is essential
