-- and we're looking for an experienced

Marketing Executive

to take ownership of our marketing strategy and execution.

This is a

standalone, full-time role

where you'll lead everything from

social media and digital content

to

campaigns, brand, website, and external partnerships

.

What You'll Do:

Develop and lead our full marketing strategy across digital, social, and print Create and manage content for all platforms --

LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok

, and more Design and post

images, video clips, case studies, Vlogging,

and other marketing content (using tools like Canva or Adobe) Work with external designers and agencies -- but know what you want creatively Improve website content, SEO, and lead conversions Write content that drives results -- from service brochures to customer stories Track marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI Support recruitment campaigns, PR, and industry partnerships

What We're Looking For:

3+ years' experience

in marketing (B2B or construction/industrial sectors is a plus) Proven experience with

social media content creation and management

Confident with tools like

Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or CapCut

Strong copywriting and content development skills Comfortable working independently and reporting to leadership Good understanding of branding, visual identity, and content direction Highly organised and results-driven
