Swift Cars is one of the largest Private Hire Operators based in North West London. We are winning our customers by providing exceptional customer service, great value airport transfers and local minicabs.

Swift Cars is providing a reliable minicab service in Central London, Kilburn, Golders Green, Hampstead, Camden, Maida Vale, Paddington, Kensington and City of London.

Your Main Duties

> Taking bookings from customers on the phone in an efficient, timely and professional manner.

> Managing bookings and drivers

> Providing Excellent Customer Service, dealing with colleagues and drivers in the most professional and courteous way.

> Basic administration tasks

Requirements:

> Minimum 6 months experience as a controller / telephonist with a MINICAB / PRIVATE HIRE COMPANY or COURIER COMPANY

> GCSE Maths and English or equivalent

> Experience working with at least 50 drivers on a shift

> Very good computer literacy

> Fast Typing

> Fluent English Language

> Excellent spoken and written communication skills

> Excellent Customer service skills

> Experience working with dispatch systems like Cordic, Shamrock or Magenta Echo

> VERY Good Knowledge of North West and Central London

> Knowledge of MS Office applications, like Word, Excel, Publisher

> Excellent interpersonal skills

> Punctuality

You will work aprox. 48 hours per week. You need to be flexible enough to be able to work at weekends and weekdays, afternoons, day or night shifts, but also mid-shifts. Initially, you can expect the following shifts: 10am-6pm.
