Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Coach to join our team. As the Head Coach, you will be responsible for helping manage our sports program, providing guidance and instruction to athletes and coaches, and ensuring the overall success of the team.

Duties:
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance children's and coaches ' skills and performance
- Plan and organise practice sessions, drills, and game strategies

-liaise with schools over existing and new programmes.

- Staff rota planning and assist with ongoing coaches training needs

- The role is Monday - Friday only and will be based in a primary school environment

Desirable sports experience would be: - football, basketball, tennis, gymnastics, handball, netball, badminton, fencing, hockey, dodgeball, athletics, fitness, multi sports and dance to name a few.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Head Coach or similar role
- Strong knowledge of the sport(s) being coached ( not with just 1 sport)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire chilseen
- Organizational skills to plan practices and manage team schedules
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
- Valid driver's license

Pay: 13.64-25.00 per hour
