Part-Time Dental Nurse - Specialist Periodontal & Implant Support

Location: St Margarets, East Twickenham

Rate: 17-18 per hour | Paid lunch break | Paid trial shifts

We are a well-established dental practice in the heart of St Margarets, East Twickenham, seeking an experienced and compassionate Part-Time Dental Nurse to support our in-house Periodontist with periodontal surgeries and implant clinics.

Position Details:

Days Required: Alternate Thursdays and alternate Saturdays. Type: Part-Time, Permanent Start Date: ASAP Trial Shifts: Paid trial shifts are required for all shortlisted applicants

Key Responsibilities:

Chairside assistance during periodontal surgeries and implant procedures Stock management and preparation for upcoming specialist surgeries Coordinating with the admin team to ensure all consent forms and treatment documentation are delivered to patients ahead of appointments Overseeing lab work and ensuring timely follow-up Accurately taking clinical notes during procedures, to be amended and signed off by the clinician
Requirements:

GDC registration and valid indemnity insurance Previous experience assisting in surgical procedures, particularly implants and periodontal treatments Up-to-date CPD certificates (to be provided upon offer of employment) Must have the right to work in the UK A DBS check will be carried out and provided by the practice

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 17.00-18.00 per hour
