We have an opportunity for an experienced plumber to join our team, working predominantly on commercial sites and public sector settings.

Essential criteria

Fully qualified or time served plumber with at least 3 years experience Flexible when responding to reactive works across various sites Be able to work in a safe and effective manner Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Own tools Driving License / van provided

Desirable criteria

Gas safe but not essential

First Grade Projects are a specialist turnkey commercial fit out and building contractor. The positions are 40 hours per week with flexible timings to suit the project but our typical working day is from 8am to 4.30pm. Overtime and weekend working is available and may be required on an regular basis. We are based in Pontypridd and Llantrisant and works are typically within South Wales.

Key Duties

You'll work on a wide range of commercial plumbing projects including : Commercial washrooms, laboratories, Education/Healthcare refurbishments, residential bathrooms, kitchens etc. Reactive small works.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Proven experience in plumbing. Adhere to Company's quality procedures in all aspects of the job. Act in a safe manner in accordance with Health & Safety regulations and requirements. Must be presentable due to works taking place at a range of professional client facilities including public buildings, hospitals and schools. Must be punctual, polite and able work flexibly as part of our established team and have good communication skills.
