Procure Direct Ltd are a family-run business, based in Lincoln. We specialise in commercial electrical installations, maintenance, repair, testing and inspection. Due to continual growth with our expanding business, we are branching into new areas and are seeking an experienced Plumber/Heating engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for plumbing PPM's, solar panel maintenance/cleaning and fault finding for our commercial/industrial clients.
You and the role:
This role is a full time (permanent) position.
You must be happy to work away from home, with frequent travel across the UK.
You must be able to work both as part of a team and with minimal supervision, managing your own workload and diary. Experience in leading a team would be a bonus.
You must have a minimum of 6 years plumbing experience
You should be able to demonstrate your experience in commercial/industrial properties
Duties will be wide ranging from general plumbing PPM's, solar panel cleaning and maintenance, to fault finding and fix in commercial settings.
You must work in a safe manner, ensuring the Health and Safety of both yourself and others.
You will undertake daily safety and maintenance checks and complete appropriate documentation.
You should be able to diagnose faults and carry out effective and efficient repair.
You will adopt good general housekeeping, personal presentation, and timekeeping.
You should be able to demonstrate accurate and timely record keeping.
Skills and Qualifications:
Full, clean driving licence.
Practical experience working within client environments (essential).
City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in gas and plumbing/heating
Capability for heavy lifting when handling equipment
Gas/Heating skills to install boilers and central heating systems including breakdown and repair knowledge
