Experienced Practice Manager Be A Key Part Of Our Clinic’s Next Stage Of Growth

London, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

"After learning that we spend a third of our lives at work, I set out to create a place where the team love coming to work, a clinic where everyone feels valued, energised, and part of something meaningful."

Ed Thompson - Founder of Instant Physio

The Role

The best practice managers are problem solvers at heart. They struggle to walk past a problem and not try to fix it. They have a vision of a brighter, better, and more well-oiled clinic. They get frustrated when they're not making a positive impact and hate ending the day without a sense of achievement.

They have strong emotional intelligence and take time to understand each team member, so they can bring out their best.

They can see problems coming before they arrive and they never lack the motivation to take action early.

They lead by example setting high standards that inspire others to follow. Loose ends, unfinished projects, and disorganised ways of working are their worst nightmare.

Instant Physio needs a practice manager like this to help take us to the next milestone -- opening a new location.

As Practice Manager, you'll work closely with Ed, the owner, to oversee the smooth running of a busy clinic. You'll lead on operations, team performance, and patient experience and be responsible for hitting key commercial targets. This is not a "back-office" role. You'll be front and centre, shaping the way we work, how we grow, and the results we achieve.

If you love to be the key person in a busy team, you enjoy building out processes and workflows, you are good with people and you want to join a team that works together, appreciates and supports each other and enjoys hard work, then we want to hear from you.

The founder of the company is dedicated to creating the go-to Physio practice in the area and building an amazing place to work for his staff. He has travelled the world to learn about the world of physiotherapy and business and has big plans for the future of his company.
