What you will need:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with recent teaching experience in a UK primary setting A proven track record of effective classroom teaching and positive pupil progress The confidence and flexibility to step into new environments and make an immediate impact Strong behaviour management strategies rooted in consistency, empathy, and experience The ability to build relationships quickly with pupils and staff, and contribute to wider school life A reflective, proactive approach to teaching with a passion for continued development Specialisms, curriculum leadership experience, or mentoring background are highly valued
