Responsibilities and Duties
Delivering professional tutoring sessions in person.
Preparing and delivering tutoring sessions to best meet your student's academic needs and goals.
Clarifying and teaching subject content

Assessing
and
reporting
on students' knowledge on a regular basis.
Being a mentor to students.
Ensuring the safeguarding of students you work with.
Qualifications and Skills
Our ideal Tutor:
Are
qualified Teachers or experienced Tutors
in Primary education.
Have a good knowledge and understanding of the curriculum in their fields of teaching.
Must have previous Teaching or Tutoring experience of at least 2 years
.
Care about helping their students improve and achieve academically.
Have excellent communication skills
.
Are flexible, organised and reliable.
Have access to own transport or public transport to travel to our centres
.
Key Requirements:
Outstanding record of academic achievement
.
Ideally a graduate degree in their field of study
.
Be able to deliver high quality tuition at our centre
.
Be committed to the safeguarding of all young people.
Able to work Sundays between 10am and 2pm. More working hours may be available.
Passionate about teaching
.
DBS certification.
