We are currently seeking experienced inventory clerks to join our team on a freelance/self-employed basis. At this time, we are not hiring trainees. To be considered, please attach a recent inventory and checkout report that you have personally conducted.

We are specifically looking for staff to cover various areas across London, with a focus on North, West, and Central London.

About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property inspections using the Inventory Base App on your smartphone or tablet. Collect and return keys from agents or concierges. Perform walk-throughs with tenants and conduct key handovers. Upload detailed inspection reports to our server.

Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of experience in property inventory reporting using the Inventory Base App. Excellent written and spoken English. Proficient with IT and a smartphone/tablet. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Professional appearance and demeanor. Effective time management and self-organization skills. Ability to travel to job locations across North, West, and Central London.

Benefits:

Application Requirements:

Experience with the Inventory Base App. At least one year of experience in conducting property inventories. Valid public liability and public indemnity insurance. A valid DBS certificate. Availability for interviews on short notice and weekends. Days available during the week for work. Ownership of a smartphone or tablet. Punctuality and responsiveness on WhatsApp. Current residence in London. Smartly dressed.
