Photographer/ Videographer/ Marketing Assistant

to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, creative team within an independent estate agency

based in person

at our Loughborough office.

The role is split between two key areas:

Property Photography & Videography:

Capture high-quality images and video content to showcase our properties at their best. Work closely with our sales team to ensure all created content align with our brand.

Social Media Support:

Assist in creating engaging, visually compelling content for our social media platforms. Collaborate with other departments to align social media content with upcoming listings, campaigns, and events.

Who We're Looking For:

A candidate who has previous experience in professional photography/videography, ideally with drone photography and have access to own camera kit/drone and laptop for editing. Someone who has a creative mindset with a passion for property and a strong eye for detail. A confident team player who also thrives when working independently. Ability to prioritise workloads effectively and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Social media expert with proven track record to help assist with creating and planning content for website, social media platforms and emails campaigns. Someone with an eye for detail and premium representation.

Other skills:

Creative graphic design experience. Genuine interest in the property industry. Excellent communication skills. Well presented, competitive and ambitious.
Must hold full UK Driving Licence and have ability to travel to property shoots.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,500.00-32,500.00 per year

Work Location: In person
