We are located in the friendly and vibrant town of Cheadle, which is easily accessible via public transport and the motorway network. We offer a generous holiday package of 20 days per year, increasing to 25 days for longer-serving staff.

As a Protection Advisor at Manor Financial, you will provide advice to clients and convert enquiries to policies over the phone. We will provide rigorous training and support to ensure you have the right product knowledge and a thorough understanding of the market.
Working with us:
All enquiries are customer-initiated, and you will receive them directly from our websites. Your responsibilities will include conducting a fact-find, offering advice to clients, managing your time effectively, and providing exceptional customer service. Our dedicated team will support you in this, and you will be supervised by an experienced sales manager.
We are looking for someone who can bring their own expertise and experience to the business and who is also looking for an opportunity to grow quickly within a small business.
We offer a competitive starting salary between 27,500 - 30,000 per year, with an OTE of 60,000 (uncapped). As a Protection Sales Advisor, you will be part of a young and dynamic team, and you will enjoy casual dress and company pension. In addition, there is a bonus scheme and commission pay available.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of protection experience
Strong knowledge of life insurance, critical illness, and income protection policies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work in a target driven environment
