Accredited Checking Technician (ACT)

About the Role

As part of our dispensary team, you will:

Accurately dispense NHS and private prescriptions Carry out final accuracy checks (if ACT qualified) Support stock management and ordering Provide excellent customer service and healthcare advice Assist the pharmacist in ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards Help maintain an organised, efficient, and safe dispensary
You will also have the opportunity to be involved in delivering

clinical services

, such as:

Blood pressure monitoring Vaccination services Contraception supply and other NHS-funded services

What We're Looking For

? GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician or Accredited Checking Technician (ACT)
? Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
? Excellent communication and teamwork skills
? Positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to support the team
? Previous community pharmacy experience (preferred but not essential)
