D&M Furniture is an independent furniture retailer offering a wide range of home products which include beds, bedroom furniture, dining furniture, upholstery, carpets and home accessories.

We work in a friendly sales environment where the customer comes first. We are looking for an experienced sales person who understands retail and has a pro-active and imaginative outlook.

Good written and oral communication skills Computer literate and comfortable using word and excel documents Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Keep up to date with product information Understanding of store administration and procedures Answer phone calls and deal with calls appropriately Maintain clean, organized, and comfortable showroom area, canteen and toilet facilities Handle customer complaints and concerns calmly; finding reasonable solutions Understand our finance offers and be comfortable using the laptop/computer to process finance applications
We offer a really competitive package which includes 28 days holiday per annum. In return you will be expected to work weekends and bank holidays.

Working Hours - You will have a reasonably flexible working week which will include weekends and bank holidays.

Salary: 23,7500.00-35,000.00 per year
